Body Blast Bootcamp

An exciting, innovative and challenging group workout, based in Westport, Mayo. Body Blast Bootcamp offers a range of camps to suit all fitness levels and preferences. The camps combine aerobic exercise (e.g.jogging, running, aerobic drills), bodyweight exercises (e.g.squats, push-ups) and routines using weights, fitness balls, bands and even car tyres! It's different, challenging, fun and will help you achieve the results you want. Here's what some of our campers had to say:
