We believe that our Host Families are people with a need to find affordable & trustworthy childcare whilst enjoying a new culture and an Au Pair is not a commodity but a young person who would like to be part of a family and improve their English if needed.

We offer a full Agency Au Pair service and all matching is done manually by our experienced staff. As we only accept a small amount of Families to keep the service personal, friendly and satisfactory, register soon to secure your place with us.

Apart from offering Au Pairs to Host Families in Ireland, Au Pair Solution also sources positions for those moving abroad who want to work as an Au Pair, or as a Volunteer in South Africa Program (for people who wish to experience a different kind of life.) The Au Pair Outbound Program also offers young people the opportunity to experience another country in the safest possible way. Au Pair Solution only work with vetted agents with good reputations and the same work ethic as themselves.
